ANOTHER CELTIC-FREE
WEEKEND
October 13th 2007 With the Euro 2008 qualifying groups nearing a conclusion it's a bit tricky trying to pick winners when some teams need only a point to qualify and others don't even need any. There is very little value around with the Internationals although Ukraine are in a must win situation so you know they will at least be playing to win rather than maybe be happy with a point. Wins against Scotland, Faroes, Lithuania and France would put Ukraine on twenty five points and in with a shout of making it to the finals so they will certainly be looking for all three points today but their away form is really poor. Ireland are also in a must win situation but their opponents Germany would settle for a draw. So, that leaves the domestic scene and once again I am looking to Leeds (8/15 Coral ) to do the business at home against second placed Leyton Orient who were hammered 5-0 at home last week. Stevenage (9/4 Paddy Power ) can cause an upset at Torquay in the Blue Square Premier tomorrow (14th Oct). Roll on next week for our next Celtic fix.
