ODDS DON'T REFLECT CELTS'
CHANCES
October 26th 2007 Celtic return to SPL duty against Motherwell at Celtic Park tomorrow after their midweek exploits in Lisbon and are a best priced 1/4 to win the match but others offer 1/5 and 2/11. Not value at all I don't think as it's quite often a struggle in the game after a Champions League tie especially at home where the atmosphere is usually flat. Motherwell are no duds and although I wouldn't really expect them to win they could still nick a draw so Celtic at 1/4 doesn't look too good value to me. All things considered Celtic should be on offer at 4/11 or 1/3 at worst but anyway Celts to win 2-1 is a best priced 9/1 with Sportingbet and Scott Brown is 14/1 with Blue Square to score first while others offer only 8/1. Last week all six of my selections won giving about 70/1 on an accumulator but I only ever do singles, tidy profit all the same. Some weeks there are half a dozen to choose from and other weeks there are hardly any, this is one of those 'hardly any' weeks. Hamilton Accies and Leeds United are once again the teams I'm looking to for success. Accies are 4/7 with Coral to win at home to Morton while Leeds at home are 1/2 with Sportingbet to beat Millwall.
