MALONEY HIT BY INFLATION
August 21st 2008 Shaun Maloney found out that it's maybe not so easy to take up where he left off after all. Maloney told pals that he was stunned when he walked into Navid's at Langside and was asked to stump up an extra twenty pence for his sweeties. The wee man said "Ma pocket money is only fifty pence and Navid's sherbet dab has gone up since I was here last, he's wantin seventy pence, where am I gonnae find that kind o' money?"
