CALDWELL FIT TO FACE
EUROPEAN CHAMPIONS
October 20th 2008 Gary Caldwell will be ready to face European Champions Manchester United in tomorrow night's Champions League clash at Old Trafford according to BBC Radio Scotland. The defender was taken off in the SPL match at Inverness on Saturday with an injury and was doubtful for the Manchester game but BBC 'reporter' Chic Young (Eoin Jess will be a Rangers player within 24 hours) claims Caldwell will play. Whether his inclusion in the Celtic side will make a lot of difference to the outcome of the match remains to be seen. The Bhoys who will be without Marc Crosas, Georgios Samaras and Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink have been as high as 18/1 on the exchanges to win the match and will have their work cut out to avoid defeat. With a lot of self belief, a lot of luck and a little bit of magic anything is possible. |
