FORGET MANCHESTER UNITED

November 2nd 2008

All the talk is of the visit of Manchester United to Celtic Park later this week but Celtic have a more important game at Tynecastle today against the cousins of William.

Yes it would be great to qualify from the Champions League group for the third season in a row but come the middle of May no one will be saying they would rather have made the last sixteen of the Champions League than retain the SPL title.

The Bhoys have played well in recent games considering the injury list and hopefully that will continue in Edinburgh today.

Nakamura and McManus are both fit to play but it remains to be seen whether or not they will and as for who else is fit it's anybody's guess.

The Celts are a best priced 4/6 with 888sport to win the match while Scott McDonald is 6/4 with William Hill to score at any time in the match.

The Aussie striker is 5/1 with Bluesquare and 888sport to score the first goal and Ladbrokes offer 14/1 Scott Brown for that honour.

A 3-1 Celtic win is 14/1 with Bluesquare while 9/1 is the current odds for a 2-0 Bhoys victory with Betfair but that can change by the minute.
