THE FINAL WORD - GRANT,
NO!!!!
7th April 2010 This will probably be my last contribution to this site as I announced recently it will be closing, possibly as soon as today. I have just read an article suggesting that Celtic may be wise to go for Avram Grant as the next manager, please please please don't do it Celtic. Former Chelsea player Pat Nevin who now writes for the club website amongst other things, recently revealed that Chelsea's appearance in the Champions League final was orchestrated by Steve Clark and had little or nothing to do with Avram Grant. When Nevin was asked live on Radio Scotland what he thought about the possibility of Grant being good enough to be Celtic manager his words were, "I would say barge, pole, do not touch with" and went on to give a detailed explanation why.
